It is the mission of The Spark to inspire, educate, and empower artists and the community through innovative productions, comprehensive training, and a welcoming support structure for all those who create.
The Spark Boulder is a venue space where all those who create are welcome focused on empowering local artists. Every year over 30 organizations teach, rehearse and perform at The Spark Boulder. Many of them receiving discounted pricing and free space use thanks to the support of our donors and the City of Boulder. We have 8 organizations who are apart of our Rental Membership Program and call the space home.
The Spark Theater Company is one of those organizations. It is a mentorship training company for artists of all ages where community and education collide to inspire new and growing artists. It provides a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for students and community artists to grow in their crafts. Youth and adults create side by side, where the next generation of performers.
